Can I make a claim against my insurance company for my glass replacement?
Yes. If the cash price of your glass is more than your comprehensive deductible, we will handle all processing of insurance claims for you and you simply pay your deductible directly to us!
Will my insurance company waive my deductible for rock chip or crack repair?
Most insurance companies (and in most cases) will pay for your repairs without charging your deductible. The size of the crack can be no longer than the size of a dollar bill and if the chip or star must be no larger than the size of a quarter. Check with your agent if you are unsure.
How long does it take to install my auto glass?
For most windshield replacements, the entire installation takes approximately one hour. There are always exceptions to this rule and if an installation takes longer than usual, we normally know this in advance and will let you know if there are additional charges, etc.
How soon can I drive my car after glass replacement?
Naturally, door glass installations have no restrictions as to drive-away time. However, windshields are a very important part of the structural integrity of your car and need time for the urathane (adhesive) to cure completely enough to safely drive away. In the event of an accident you will want to be sure that your windshield adhesive has cured. The adhesive takes 1 hour to cure. We use the most advanced products on the market.
Do you sell or install used glass?
We do occasionally sell and/or install used auto glass. We will not install a used windshield, however. This is due to the importance of safe windshield installation and that all adhesive products used in conjunction are completely compatible.
